2. Their details are registered in the registry of commerce.
3. They are not to benefit from, or be considered in any way, real economic partners in the business — and at the same time will not be held liable for the company’s acts.

Hence, the full beneficial rights related to the company’s shares and direction are kept by the real beneficiaries.

Bank accounts

Our nominee services in Lebanon also provide the required assistance to clients in what relates to bank accounts; in this case too, the nominees act upon the client’s instructions.
